ServiceNow Developers
Plego is excited to announce that we are hiring multiple experienced ServiceNow Developers in Pakistan and India! This is a Work-from-Home (WFH) position, with the following work hours:
- Pakistan Standard Time: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM
- Indian Standard Time: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to automate and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and script includes.
- Develop and manage Service Catalogs, Record Producers, and automated Request Workflows.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and external tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow performance issues and ensure system stability.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Maintain best practices for security, compliance, and ITIL framework alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (preferred).
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal Customization.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
