Sales Operations Manager (Remote)
We are hiring multiple highly process-oriented Sales Operations Managers (Remote) to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to our sales execution. This is not a sales role, you will not carry a quota. Instead, you will ensure the sales team follows the process, maintains clean CRM updates, stays on top of follow-ups, and moves deals forward on time. This role also supports light PM coordination when needed.
This is a WFH position. Timings: 6:30 pm to 4:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time)
If you have 3+ years of experience in sales ops, business ops, or revenue ops, plus strong skills in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), reporting, SOPs, and team coordination, we want to talk. Bonus points if you have experience in IT services sales environments, proposal coordination, or basic project management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enforce day-to-day sales execution routines (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Track sales activity, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and task completion.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, stages, notes, next steps, and timelines are always updated.
- Run sales check-ins, prepare agenda, capture action items, and chase closures.
- Create simple SOPs for outreach, lead handling, follow-ups, handoffs, and reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks (stalled deals, missed follow-ups, weak handoffs) and fix them.
- Coordinate with leadership on targets, team capacity, and pipeline health.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting (pipeline, activity metrics, conversion, aging deals).
- Coordinate between Sales, PM, and Delivery to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Help validate scope notes, discovery summaries, and next-step documentation.
- Keep internal teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and client commitments.
- Maintain trackers for proposals, follow-ups, and sales-to-delivery transitions.
Project Management Support (Secondary)
- Assist with project coordination tasks when needed (status updates, follow-ups, scheduling).
- Track action items, risks, dependencies, and pending approvals.
- Keep project artifacts organized (docs, notes, meeting outcomes, timelines).
What Success Looks Like (30 to 90 Days)
- Sales activity becomes consistent, measurable, and visible every week.
- CRM stays clean, pipeline stages are accurate, and follow-ups do not slip.
- Salespeople are accountable to process, updates, and timelines.
- Leadership gets clear weekly reporting without chasing the team.
- Sales-to-delivery handoffs improve, fewer surprises, smoother execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, PM coordination, or similar role.
- Strong process mindset, you love SOPs, checklists, and follow-through.
- Excellent follow-up skills, you can push politely but firmly.
- Strong command of CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Solid reporting and tracking skills (Google Sheets, Excel, dashboards).
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work directly with leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in software services, IT agency, or B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with proposal workflows, discovery calls, and delivery handoffs.
- Basic understanding of Project Management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Experience building reporting rhythms and performance scorecards for sales teams.
