Job Overview

We are seeking strategic, hands-on Revenue Operations Managers to help build, optimize, and scale our go-to-market engine. This role will work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve processes, strengthen reporting, clean up data, and ensure our revenue systems are aligned for growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands how revenue teams operate, knows how to improve the full funnel, and can help create stronger pipeline-building motion across the business. You will play a key role in helping Plego scale smarter by turning GTM activity into operational clarity, better pipeline generation, and measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Help strengthen pipeline-building efforts by improving lead flow, targeting, routing, segmentation, and conversion processes.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve outbound motion, campaign performance, and top-of-funnel efficiency.
  • Manage and improve the revenue tech stack, including CRM, automation, enrichment, and outbound tools.
  • Build scalable processes for lead management, lifecycle stages, handoffs, pipeline progression, and reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and overall revenue performance tracking.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights that support better business decisions.
  • Improve CRM hygiene, data accuracy, process adoption, and operational discipline across GTM teams.
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and operational gaps, then recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Support lead routing, attribution, campaign-to-revenue visibility, and pipeline quality improvement.
  • Help establish scalable operating rhythms for reporting, planning, and revenue review processes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a related role.
  • Strong experience supporting and building pipeline generation, lead lifecycle management, and funnel performance improvement.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, funnel conversion, forecasting, and top-of-funnel performance metrics.
  • Experience building or improving cross-functional processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-moving environment.
