StoneX needed a better way to manage internal IT requests. Their teams were spending too much time doing things manually—like creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and approving secure access. MFT New User Creation
We built a form in ServiceNow that lets internal teams create new users for StoneX’s “GoAnywhere” Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform.
The form collects all necessary info – like company name, contact details, and environment type – and automatically triggers backend workflows to set up the user without any manual steps.
It connects with Octopus (automation tool) for seamless execution.

MFT IP Whitelisting Request
To help users securely access StoneX’s MFT system, we created a custom request form for IP whitelisting.
Employees just fill in the account and IP details, and the form validates the input before passing it to the backend for automatic processing – saving time and reducing chances of error.

MFT Account Unlock / Password Reset
Another custom-built ServiceNow form allows users to quickly unlock MFT accounts or reset passwords. Previously, this was done through long manual processes.
Now, it’s a quick, form-based workflow that triggers the right actions based on the user’s choice – all automated behind the scenes.

Database Access Group Membership Request
This catalog item enables internal teams to request access to specific databases or clusters. The form guides users to select the right server, cluster, and permission level, making sure requests are accurate and easy to process.
It’s tied to the database team’s internal workflow, improving efficiency and accuracy.


Back-End Development & Workflows
All catalog items were backed by smart backend logic using JavaScript and JSON inside ServiceNow.
We used dynamic form validations, role-based access, and automated backend flows to ensure each request type (user creation, password reset, etc.) was processed instantly and error-free.
Each item followed StoneX’s security and compliance standards.
