Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Technical Operations Coordinator to support the Partner in managing day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, project management, and client relationship management. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and business acumen to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Relationship Management:
    • Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their technical requirements and project expectations.
    • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, provide follow-ups, and ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly.
    • Prepare and review technical proposals and presentations, aligning them with client needs and Plego’s capabilities.
  • Technical Team Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between the overseas development team and clients, translating client requirements into actionable tasks.
    • Ensure clear communication of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, with a deep understanding of the development life cycle.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential technical challenges, and collaborate with the team to find solutions.
  • Technical Administrative Support:
    • Manage the Partner’s calendar, including scheduling technical meetings, calls, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    • Draft, edit, and review technical documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Plego’s standards.
    • Maintain digital documentation related to projects, ensuring all technical documents are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Business Development & Technical Pre-Sales Support:
    • Assist in responding to inquiries from potential clients, providing technical insights during initial discussions, and setting up meetings or demos.
    • Research and gather information on potential clients, industry trends, and emerging technologies to support business development efforts.
    • Work closely with the Partner to draft technically sound proposals that reflect client needs and Plego’s service offerings.
  • Contract, Billing & Project Management:
    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing client contracts, with a focus on technical specifications and deliverables.
    • Track project milestones, ensure timely delivery of technical components, and follow up on outstanding contracts and payments.
    • Use project management tools to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed within scope and budget.
  • Special Projects & Technical Initiatives:
    • Assist the Partner with special technical projects, including research, technical analysis, and implementation of new processes or tools.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software development processes, particularly in a tech or software development environment.
  • Technical proficiency with development tools, project management software, and a solid understanding of Plego’s service offerings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with contract management, billing, and client-facing technical roles is a plus.
