At Rainboh, we respect your privacy and are committed to providing you with control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You have multiple options to request the deletion of your account:

  1. Email Us:
    Send an email to saad@plego.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please include your account details (such as your username or registered email address) for verification purposes.
  2. Contact Form:
    Fill out our contact form to submit a request for account deletion. Be sure to include the necessary details to verify your account.
  3. In-App Deletion:
    Open the Rainboh app, go to the “Settings” menu, select “Account,” and follow the prompts to request account deletion. This option will guide you through the process directly within the app.

Data We Delete

Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Personal Information:
    Includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other personal identifiers.
  • Usage Data:
    Any data related to your activity within the app, including preferences and settings.
  • Content:
    All content uploaded or generated by you within the app, such as messages or files.

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained for a specified period due to legal obligations or for purposes such as fraud prevention and compliance with financial regulations. The types of data that may be retained include:
